Remember the days when comic books were a welcome gift. Now adays kids have video games, the internet and all sorts of other things to do instead of reading. To help soften the blow of having to read, get them some comic books. Kids love to watch cartoons. That is really all a comic book is. The advantage of kids comic books in place of watching cartoons is that your child is reading. Reading will give them knowledge as well as enhance their vocabulary. Popular comic books are great for those children who are not enthusiastic about reading.

Summer is a great time to enjoy the outdoors. Especially if you live in an area that actually has seasons. Those who live in places that have winter, welcome the outdoors as much as we welcome a juicy steak. During the summer months your child should still read, but it needs to be fun for them. They need to be able to enjoy the books they are reading. While some kids are harder to get motivated to read than others, for the most part once they sit down and start reading, they will enjoy it very much. Just a quick update on the comic book category of the website. It is nearing completion and will be launched to the public on Thursday, June 17, 2010. Come and checkout our great selections.
